1/3c oatmeal
dash of cinnamon
dash of almond milk
I put these ingredients in my little mini food processor, pulse until mixed really well. Pour into a pan sprayed with olive oil. Flip. Once its cooked, I add either 1/4c of plain applesauce or 2 Tbsp of light agave and 1/4c of berries. YUM...Super easy and quick.
I usually have these on a leg training day or a treat on the weekend.
Fat Free Banana Muffins
3 egg whites
3 ripe bananas
1/2c applesauce
1/4c stevia
2c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
*optional 1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips at least 70% dark
Set oven at 350*F. Mash bananas, add egg whites,applesauce, & stevia. Then add remaining dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
These are so yummy, you'd never no they were fat free.
Almond Butter Whey Cookies
1/2c oatmeal
2 Tbsp natural almond butter
1 scoop whey protein (vanilla, plain, or chocolate)
1 egg white
2 packets of stevia
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/8 c dark chocolate chips 70% dark
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set oven on 350*F. Mix all ingredients really well, form into 12 golf size balls. Bake for 10 minutes.
These are a great little treat to make during the holidays or anytime for that matter.
Coconut Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4c coconut oil (room temp.)
2c oats
2/3c almond meal or coconut flour
1/3c shredded coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp. baking powder
6oz dark chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350*F. In a large bowl mash bananas, vanilla and coconut oil until mixed really well. In another bowl mix oats, almond meal, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt & baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the wet. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop into balls. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
These are so incredibly delious that I made them for backstage at my last competition and handed them out to my new friends and made more of these during Halloween. I didn't have one piece of my kids candy...These were my little treat. So yummy and another great cookie to make during the holidays to keep you on track! Enjoy...
Crispy Cinnamon Garbanzo Beans
1 can no sodium garbanzo beans (chick peas)
2 Tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
2 packets of stevia
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
Drain, Rinse & Pat dry the garbanzo beans. In a bowl toss the beans with oil & sugar. Spread in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Roast for 50 min. on 350*F until crunchy. Toss with cinnamon & salt. Cool & serve. Store in airtight container for up to a week.
Crunchy snack to throw on that appetizer table or even add to greek yogurt with berries. These are super easy nut free alternative. You can even switch up the flavor by using garlic powder and dry red peppers for a spicy punch.
Black Bean Bites with Spicy Salsa from Oxygen Magazine
2- 15oz cans black beans rinsed, & drained
1 tsp cumin
1/2 c walnuts
1/2 c plain breadcrumbs
2 c tomatoes, finely chopped
1 shallot, minced
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp paprika
pinch sea salt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 avocado, diced
Heat oven to 425*F line a baking sheet with foil. Blend black beans, cumin & walnuts in food processor until they form a paste like consistency. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add 1/4c breadcrumbs (save rest for later)
Combine tomatoes, shallot, cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon paprika & salt. Stir 1c of tomato mixture into the black bean mixture.
Mix remaining 1/3 c of breadcrumbs, oil & remaining 1/2 teaspoon of paprika in a medium bowl until breadcrumbs are coated with oil. Divide bean mixture into small balls ( should make about 8) Lighty press each ball into breadcrumb mixture and coat. Place balls on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Add avocado to remaining tomato mixture and stir to make salsa. Serve salsa with Bean Balls. Enjoy

Super Simple Banana Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 bananas
1 c oatmeal
1/3c shredded coconut
1/2c dark chocolate chips (60% dark at least)
Mash bananas, add oatmeal, coconut and dark chocolate chips. Heat oven to 350*F. Bake for 12-14 min on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Great treat when you looking for something sweet..Especially during PMS or Halloween...
Chocolate Covered Banana Almond Butter Bites
2 Bananas
1/8 c natural almond butter
1/8 c unsweetend applesauce
1 c dark chocolate chips
Peel & Slice bananas into quater inch pieces. Mix almond butter & applesauce together in a small dish. Smear the mixture on one banana slice and top it with another banana slice to make a sandwhich. Place the banana sandwhiches on a cutting board lined with parchment paper & freeze for 30 minutes. Before removing the banana sandwhichs from freezer. Melt chocolate chips using a double broiler method. Take the banana sandwhiches out of the freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate. Place the dipped sandwhiches back on the paper. Pop them back into freezer for 15 minutes.
Another great guilt free treat. Super easy and good for you....
Frozen Yogurt Waffle Cones with Fresh Fruit

Your Favorite Yogurt ( I use Greek yogurt)
Fruit Berries
Another super easy treat. Fill however many waffle cones you'd like to make with yogurt and place in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Slice up fresh fruit and top cones just before eating. YUMMY!
Mango BBQ Sauce
1Tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes
1 c Water
1 6-oz can tomato paste
½ c maple syrup
½ c organic molasses
¼ c apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1) Heat olive oil in a skillet on med/high heat
2) Add onions, garlic and mango. Sauté until soft, about 3 min
3) Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Bring to a boil on med/high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer on low for 30min, stirring often. Remove from heat and allow to cool before transferring to a blender or food processor. Puree to liquefy ingredients. Store in the refrigerator. This sauce is a great addition to any chicken or meat.
I make these too! I use 1/3c cottage cheese and a few dashes almond extract instead of the almond milk...just thought to share incase you are out of the ingredients. I use agave and almond butter as well:) yumm!...Have you tried "PB2". Its not as yummy as the natural PB, but has significantly less fat (they "squeeze" the oils out and dry the peanuts to powder form) you can put a tbs of that in the pancake as well:)....great recipes on here! thanks!!!
