Ok so here's the very first class I ever taught! I think it went well, it will surely make you sweat and you can do this anywhere. All you need is a timer. Here goes...
10 minute warm up by jogging in a circle, high knees, butt kickers (kick your butt with your feet as you jog), shuffles (be sure to get low-low-low & switch directions going around to the right and then left) toe touches
(you perform this by walking like a toy soldier kicking your toes up & touching toes with hands) & walking lunges of course. Repeat all of this for 10 minutes
Now onto plyometric sweaty heart pumping fun. Set your timer for 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest...
Squat Jumps - 30 sec
30 sec Rest
up & down Jacks- 30 sec (jump jack for 5, drop down, jack your feet for 5 counts, repeat for entire 30 sec)
30 sec Rest
Front Kick with Glute Lift - 30 Sec (standing on one leg, give a swift kick front, bring leg back, squeeze your glute, repeat for 30 seconds...try to stay balanced & move slowly holding your core in)
*do right leg first & then left leg immediately after
30 sec Rest
Plank with Shoulder Tap - 30 Sec (while in plank, holding core tight lift left hand & touch right shoulder, then lift right hand & touch left shoulder, repeating this without twisting for entire 30 sec)
30 sec Rest
Mountain Climbers - 30 Sec
30 sec Rest
Repeat this 5 times
Finish by doing sprints or hop on a cardio machine for 10-15 minutes...ENJOY!
